We're delighted to announce that the iconic Mayfair brasserie (and our sister restaurant) Hush has now taken root in our High Holborn Brasserie.
Whilst we won’t be parting ways with Haché’s award-winning steak burgers, we will have much more to offer you from Hush’s menu of brasserie favourites, such as Chicken Milanese with black truffle, Venetian Tiger Prawn Curry Risotto and Seabass all’Isolana. We will also be welcoming Hush’s considerable cocktail talents, with a new menu of cocktails just in time for the festive season!
